Acai tea benefits have been known to generations of South Americans as being potent sources of antioxidants. The acai palm tree and its berries are native to the floodplains and swampy areas of Central and South America. Acai tea is usually created by combining freeze dried acai powder or acai juice with teas like green tea, black tea, rooibos tea and many herbal infusions.
